What We Require
- Properties must meet mandatory property requirements set by the UK government
- Up to date Gas, Electric and Energy Performance/ safety certificates
- An asbestos survey (conducted by local authorities) will be required
- Private building insurance (including public liability)
- Copy of Land registry to confirm ownership of property
- Be responsible for paying any service charges related to the property and any external works to the property. Landlords/Investors are required to carry out any structural repairs that may occur during the period of lease. For example – roofing.
